- The Executive Director's main responsibility is to provide support and assistance to the Board so that it can carry out its responsibilities in accordance with the Sahtu Dene and Metis Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement (the Claim) and the Constitution and By-laws of the Board. He/She also oversees the day-to-day management of the organization.
