The Norman Wells 2024 Public Listening Session is part of a larger five-part Hearing proceeding to answer the question, “What is the most effective way to conserve caribou?” The Tłegǫ́hłı̨ Session is focused on the central question What should people’s role be in addressing the impacts of climate change and wildfires on caribou? Co-hosted by the Tłegǫ́hłı̨ Renewable Resources Council and the Ɂehdzo Got’ı̨nę Gots’ę́ Nákedı (Sahtú Renewable Resources Board), the Session will take place on February 20-22, 2024 in Norman Wells.
